At Dears Pharmacy, we’re always looking for ways to improve what we do and how we do it. That is why we’ve launched our 2026 customer survey: to better understand the people we serve, what matters to them, and how we can make our pharmacies and services even better. We’d like you to share honest feedback so our team can continue developing services in response to real needs and real experiences.
Good healthcare is not only about providing services. It is also about listening well. Our survey asks about the day-to-day lives of those we care for, how often they use healthcare services, what they value in different types of care, and what they think about community pharmacy more broadly. It also asks directly what comes to mind when people think of Dears Pharmacy, what they like, what could be improved, and how likely they would be to recommend the pharmacy to others.
That matters because the best insights almost always come from the people using our services. Sometimes it is the big things, such as what patients want from a pharmacy in the future. Sometimes it is the smaller details, like how a service feels, what makes it convenient, or what helps people feel confident and looked after. The survey is clearly designed to capture both practical feedback and the wider impression Dears Pharmacy leaves with our customers.
There is also a simple extra incentive to take part. Anyone who provides their email address can be entered into a prize draw to win £150 in vouchers, with one entry selected at random. Information provided will not be used for anything unrelated to developing Dears Pharmacy’s services.
If you’ve used Dears Pharmacy, this is a good chance to have your say. Whether your experience has been about prescriptions, advice, convenience, customer care, or one of the many services offered across the group, your feedback can help shape what comes next. At Dears Pharmacy, we are genuinely interested in doing the best job we can for you, and this survey is one practical way for customers to help guide that journey.
