A Full Blood Count (FBC) is a valuable test that provides a comprehensive picture of your overall health by measuring the number, size, and shape of your red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. People commonly have an FBC to check for anaemia, detect signs of infection or inflammation, or investigate symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, or easy bruising.
